Rotherham Borough Council terminates YES agreement

Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council has terminated its agreement to allow Oak Holdings to develop the £350m YES! Project next to the Rother Valley Country Park in South Yorkshire.

The property developer entered a preferred developer agreement with the council for the all year-round leisure attraction project in May 2003.

The company has now received notice that the council plans to cancel their development agreement from January 31.
